You can also add bacon, sausage, or other vegetables. Adjust to you liking. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oiled tray (I used olive oil). Then bake for 20-25 minutes (or more if you have more ingredients) at 180 degree celsius /355 degree fahrenheit. ☆ Overnight oats The standard recipes is: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk (almond milk) Cinnamon Maple Syrup Berries 1 tsp Vanilla extract Adjust to your liking! ☆ Lunch & Dinner • 3 Large sweet potatoes I like it to cut them into chip size because it cooks faster. It takes about 20-30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Flip them over after the first 10 to 15 minutes. • 2 Large Red capsicums and 2 Yellow Capsicums (Bell Peppers) Takes about 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius to cook to my liking. You can leave it in the oven a little shorter if you like it crunchy. (200 degree celsius us around 390 degree fahrenheit) • 3 Bunch of Asparagus. This takes less than 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. If they're small and tiny then 5 minutes will do. I like them crunchy. • Kale with Garlic Add some to a pan and fry the garlic for a minute then add the kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and done! • 2 big Salmon Fillets Season with salt and pepper (that's all I do). You can add your favourite seasonings. Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. I don't like them overdone. and 9-10 minutes are normally just right depending on the thickness. • 2 big White Fish Fillets Rubbed some olive oil on the fish. Half a lemon juice, Ginger powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. • 1kg of Chicken Breasts Rubbed some olive oil on the chicken. Season with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. Again add your fav spices! Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. Again this is dependent on the thickness of the chicken breast. I had mine sliced in half. After all these are cooked, I just divide the chicken breasts into 5 portions. Add sweet potatoes, capsicums and asparagus to create 5 chicken/veg meals. For the fish meals, I have quinoa, kale and the fish. I didn't measure anything so I just eyeball everything here. For white fish, I added more sweet potatoes because white fish are lower in fat, hence lower in calories. ☆ Healthy Hummus 2 cans of chickpeas (500g drained chickpeas) 20g of tahinis 60g of olive oil 2 garlic cloves 1 Lemon Juice Almond milk to water it down. (Just add enough so that it's not too thick) Pink Himalayan Salt Cumin (optional) Blend them all together! I like to eat it with Wholemeal Pita Pockets. It is sooooo good. The ones I love most is from Mission. Don't forget to add some fruits or nuts as snacks if you're hungry. Also don't restrict too much. Need ice cream, have some ice cream. So many of you guys have requested another "Do it with me" workout video and so I recorded this little workout yesterday! I was so sore from the my leg workout and also my back/arms/shoulder workout. I really pushed myself at the gym this week! So when I recorded this video, I was like ughh my back and arms are sore, my legs and glutes are sore too. I was like, damn it why did i choose to record it today. lol So yeah as I've said in my video (If you didn't watch until the end of the video), a lot of you guys asked me about how to get abs definition, flat stomach, lose belly fats etc, and whether it is sufficient to do my abs exercise routine and get abs definition. It really depends on whether you have much fats around your abdominal area. If you don't have much fats, then you will see the defintion very quickly. But if you have loads of fats, then you have to do some sort of cardio. HIIT cardio is my fav, but you can always opt for running, swimming and etc. Also diet plays a very important part in getting flat stomach. So try to eat clean! Finally another workout to burn belly fat! This is a cardio abs workout with 50% full body exercises and 50% abs exercises. The full body exercises require you to use your core as well which is great. Also doing full body workout helps you burn so much more, and your body will still burn while you're at rest. That's the reason why i've combined the exercises. I've explained that somewhere in the video. Basically full body workout like squats, lunges, etc require you to use your leg muscles, and leg muscles are the biggest muscle groups in our body so working these muscles will allow you to burn more calories, even when you are at rest your body will still be burning. Also I was going to add moving plank instead of plank twist but i was so awkward doing it so i changed it up. Feel free to change to your favourite plank exercise. You can also always intensify any of these exercises but doing it faster, or do a bigger movement. It was my first time doing it in the video and it was definitely quite intense for me. I felt so good after doing a few sessions and the abs will show! Please do it more consistently if you have lots of belly fat. Give yourself a month or so. But if you have minimal fats, it won't take you long. You can alternate between this exercise and my other intense abs workout. I'll recommend to do 2 or 3 times a week depending on how sore you are too. Muscles definitely need to rest and recover so give yourself a day in between your abs workout! A lot of you girls ask me to do an inner thigh workout video to get a thigh gap. I don't have a thigh gap myself, and never had even when I skinny. I actually prefer to have more muscular and toned legs than to have a thigh gap, so yeah it's my personal preference! I have built mass on my legs in the last year because I'm lifting very heavy weights and have been on caloric surplus for a while now. But if you want to have toned but not big thighs, then go for light weights or body weight exercises like these ones. This will help tone your legs! I just got back from a 4 day trip to Japan with Japan Tourism and here's an montage video I made for them. It's been awhile since my last travel diary, but it's by far my most favourite edit! Hope you guys enjoy this Japan Travel Montage video! I filmed this with my GH5 as well as a GH5s. The GH5s was very impressive and worked really well in low light conditions. This was shot over 4 days when I traveled from Nagano to Kanazawa, to Shirakawa-go and finally Takayama, spending a day each there. This was in late Feb so it's still winter over there and in some areas it was snowing. Most people who've been to Japan are familiar with the Tokyo - Mt Fuji - Osaka - Kyoto route, so if you're looking to get away from the crowd and explore a more off the beat track, do check out these spots I visited in this trip to Japan. Meal prep on a budget! All meals are really cheap and healthy. They are really delicious too. Definitely possible to stay healthy and also eat yummy food while you're on a budget. Don't forget to subscribe and thumbs up the video! ☆ Breakfast ☆ Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats Bar ☆ 1.5 cup of rolled oats 200-250g of Peanut Butter (Depends on how much peanut butter you like) 1 cup of Almond Milk 3-5 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup. 3 Tablespoons may not be sweet enough for some! :D 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder 1/8 Teaspoon of salt if your peanut butter doesn't have any added salt 140g of Strawberry/Grape/Blueberry Jam 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder (I've also excluded coconut oil in this recipe. You can add a tablespoon if you wish to) Mix all the wet ingredients together then add the dry ingredients. Mix it well and pour it in a tin. Then add some jam! You can add as much jam as you like, or as little as you like. ☆ Lunch ☆ Tuna Salad - $2 per serving ☆ 1 can of chickpeas 2-3 Capsicums (Bell Peppers) 2 Carrots Tomatoes Sundried Tomatoes 1 can of Tuna (450g) Salt Pepper Paprika Olive oil Mix tuna with two tablespoons of olive oil, some salt, pepper and paprika. I added quite a lot of paprika cause I like it. Adjust to you liking! Sundried tomatoes is the key for this meal (IMO). The salad is super tasty with it but sundried tomatoes are not the cheapest option. I would be using some sort of dressings I didn't add that so it's fine! :) ☆ Dinner ☆ Chicken and Rice - Less than $2 per serving ☆ Cook a cup of brown rice with 2 cups of water for around 30 minutes For the chicken part: 800g of Chicken Thigh 1/2 An onion 2 cloves of garlic Paprika Cayenne Pepper Oregano Salt Pepper Cook the onions and garlics first. Add some paprika and cayenne pepper. Then add the chicken! Now add more paprika if you wish to, oregano, salt and pepper. I just eyeball it. It doesn't have to be super precise. Once the chicken is nice and brown, add a can of tomatoes. Then let it cook for around 30 minutes for the liquid to evaporate. Cook some broccoli in the mean time! You can boil or stir fry it. Hey guys! This is the results of my intermittent fasting attempt after 1 week and 10 days! I've shared some of my tips from what i've learnt from my experience and also articles that i've read. I've talked about the benefits of intermittent fasting, how to do it, my results, my personal tips and who shouldn't do it! I find that the result is more prominent after 7 days. If you do it with bodyweight, you will definitely tone and define your butt and your legs. To grow the booty, you will have to lift heavy weights and to be on caloric surplus. But if you're new to leg and glute workouts, please start with body weight first. These exercises can all be modified with heavier weights by using dumbbells, kettle bells or barbells. I really recommend to invest in dumbbells if you don't go to the gym. It will give you better results than doing just with body weights. I lift heavier at the gym and all these exercises can be modified to add some weights at the gym. For example squats, I'll do 40kg barbell squat instead of just body weight here. And I'll do 8 reps of that only because it is quite heavy for me. For lunges, i'll normally do 20kg kettlebells, and heavier if on smith machine. I like to do pulsing squats without any weights because it already burns without additional weight for me, but alternatively you can hold a plate on top or at your chest. Glute bridge can be done with barbells or plates as well. Basically everything can be modified for heavier lifting. These exercises help me to grow my butt and it works for me. Everyone is different and also not everyone is flexible enough or mobile enough to do a deep squat. So please remember not to hurt yourself. It can be very dangerous lifting heavy weights without assistance. Again if you are new to glute and leg exercises, you can do this with me without weights and tone your legs and butt. It will definitely define your legs and butt. No doubt! Enjoy the workout! Also before I forget. Always eat before leg workouts. I normally have something to eat 30mins to 1 hour before my workouts. I usually quite a bit of carbs and protein. Thanks for watching! This full body workout is quite challenging but it is definitely THE WORKOUT that you must try if you want to lose those love handles, back fat and all that! It burns over 200 calories easily. For me it burns 250 calories that's because I'm quite petite and small. If you are taller than me (including doing it in high intensity) you will burn much more. For men... you guys will burn more than 300 calories EASILY! 360 is a moderate number for you men out there! You guys can get definitely more out of this! Hope you enjoy this workout. Also, don't give up. It is hard at first but it will get easier. You will need to build your strength over time and also your stamina. I can do pretty intense workout because my heart can handle it. If you can't then tone it down and slowly build it up. If there's any exercises that you can't do in this workout, then do it more slowly and challenge yourself to work harder the next session! YOU CAN DO IT!

Sorry that it's a little short, wasn't able to film a lot as it was snowing heavily in Hokkaido where we spent most of our time. We were also busy learning to snowboard which IS SUPER FUN! We had Sony's new action camera with us, the Sony FDR-X3000 which we were extremely impressed with. All the shots from the snowboarding scenes were filmed with it and it's BUTTERY SMOOTH due to Sony's Balanced Optical Steady Shot (or BOSS!). Absolutely love it as it's great for action shots, but doubles up as a good general vlogging camera.
