Healthy Fried Egg Noodles for Kids - It is ideal for kids breakfast or lunch box. This is one of my kids' favorite dish. It hardly takes more than 5-8 mins, easy and quick recipe . The ingredients are Olive oil, Noodles, onion, tomato, green chillies, Broad beans, coriander leaves and eggs . I cook the noodles separately and cool it down in the running water to keep it non sticky and to maintain its consistency. Healthy Quick Chapati recipe in Tamil This is a quick recipe for chapati. There are only 4 ingredients 1 cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of water, little bit of Oil and salt. Wheat flour contains nutrients such as vitamin B and E, magnesium , Calcium, mineral salts etc. It is a better alternative to white rice which has simple carbohydrates. Wheat helps to improve cardio vascular circulation, digestion, speeds up weight loss if cooked without oil or butter. Since wheat contains fiber, it helps people with constipation and also believed to minimise the risk of certain kind of cancer. wheat flour is also known to help balance the cholesterol level in the body and eventually protects the heart. It controls obesity especially in woman by increasing body's metabolism rate. Wheat is a rich source of Magnesium that plays a crucial role in keep the blood sugar level to optimum preventing Type 2 diabetes. All you need is dosa batter, egg, and cheese... chilli powder , salt and jeera powder to flavour it and it is totally optional. I'm using Mozerella cheese in this video as it is creamy and gooey...Since my kids love to eat pizza often and eating out often is not a healthy option, I came up with my own cheese dosa recipe at home...It is a tried and tested by my 3 kids and they simply love the cheese in it. How to reduce tummy size instantly - I have been doing this exercise for the past two years so results you see in this video is evident. Even if you are a first timer, rushing for a party or wedding or interview and want to look your best....this is THE exercise you would want to consider. Firstly it works on your posture , secondly it creates a muscle memory in your core muscles, thirdly it gives a slim look instantly. This is called Stomach Vacuum exercise - it is an ancient yogic technique to strengthen the core in order to keep the digestive system in place . I have modified it to my exercise routine to suit me. Best results can be achieved when done in the early morning with an empty stomach. Stomach Vacuum Exercise technique 1. Inhale through your nose 2. exhale slowly through the mouth with a whistling sound 3. At the end of exhalation, tuckin your tummy without letting any more air go in and hold on as long as you can 4. let go your tummy slowly and repeat the process for 3-5 times daily Thank you for all your support. This is how I modified Hyderabad Kacchi Biryani to my own healthy version of Chicken biryani using Olive oil. All the ingredients are homemade and filled with only goodness from the mother nature. The key ingredients are dry ginger, Mint leaves and Shazeera. Don't get mixed up with Jeera and Shazeera as they look alike. Shazeera is a key ingredient to bring out the distinct flavor of biryani. Dry Ginger or old ginger is dry with less water in the root that gives the spicy flavor rather than the chilli powder. Use generous amount of Mint leaves which is loaded with fragrance. Ingredients 1/2 kg of basmati rice 1 whole chicken (Cut into 12 pieces) 1 Chopped Onion 1 Chopped Tomato 1 tsp of Tumeric powder 2 tbs Chilli powder (Best if it is home made) 2 tbs Garam masala (blend cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and shazeera) pinch of Saffron soaked with water 3 whole green chilli Dry ginger - Blend a handful to a paste Spices to garnish - Cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, shazeera, cloves Bunch of mint leaves Boiling water to cook the rice Boiled eggs if you wish There are 3 steps to this. 1. Cook the rice first Make sure the rice is only cooked to 70% and drain the water 2. cook the chicken masala separately 3. Simple Make up to cover burn marks-while I tried to fry egg bonda couple of months ago, the hot burning oil splashed on my face as the egg burst and took about 2 months to heal. First thing I did was , splash running water on my face to minimize the marks and secondly i took Fresh aloe vera plant and applied the gel every night all over my face for next two weeks without fail. Thirdly I met the Dermatologist who advised to apply sunscreen lotion to further minimize the marks. Here is my simple daily make up routine that I use to cover the burn marks on my face. I am not a cesarean specialist. so make sure you get a green signal from your doctor before you start any form of exercise. Im sharing my general 4 simple tips that can be followed by anyone (mothers) who is keen to lose weight. 1. BREASTFEED 2. EXERCISE 3. DIET 4. POSTURE 1. Breastfeeding - Lets understand what is pregnancy fat first.This is nature's way of preparing woman's body for delivery and breastfeeding.This pregnancy fat serves as a stored fat over a period of nine months to ensure women is ready to support their newborn upon birth by mother feeding. So it takes a gradual nine months post pregnancy to lose the weight. Inspite of breastfeeding, if one is not able to lose weight I have 3 other tips for you. 2. EXERCISE - Often we underestimate the power of WALKING. This is one of the safest, non controversial exercise ever. One can never go wrong in walking. The key to lose weight through by walking is "PERSPIRATION"...if you perspire means your calories are being burnt...so keep walking... 3. DIET - Breakfast is the crucial meal in losing weight. If one doesn't breakfast after the whole night of fasting, then tendency to overeat during lunch is high. so by eating breakfast we minimize the craving for food or overeating. while cooking, one must keep a close watch on the color of the vegetable. Best is to keep the vegetable as green as possible. If green vegetables turn brown or black while cooking, that is an indication that there are no more nutrients left in the vegetables. 4. EXERCISES TO REDUCE KNEE PAIN - https://youtu.be/ka-I_EIWBog This video is about how to manage your knee pain by simple 5 exercises using stretch band, pillow and a towel. This will help you to strengthen your knees and avoid muscular imbalance. Let me explain the causes of knee pain. It could be overweight, knee injury like a fall and old age leading to osteoporosis or calcium deficiency in the bones. These are few of the major causes. The above factors puts severe pressure on the knee and the muscles around the knee give away leading to muscular imbalance. So in order for the knee to function efficiently, one must exercise the whole body to keep the weight in its optimum level. In addition to that , these quadriceps exercise should be performed. There are two major muscles that hold the knee in place are Quadriceps and Hamstrings. The 5 exercises shown in this video is targetted in strengthening these two major muscles. First advice is if you have severe pain, consult your doctor or orthopaedician first. Once the pain subsides then start strengthening the knees using these 5 exercises 1. Knee Flexion with elastic band 2. Straight leg raise 3. Static Quads exercise (Pull the knee cap -patella up with hips and heels touching the ground) 4. Pillow Squeeze exercise 5. Wall squats /Half squats Note: Most importantly make sure your knees don't go over the toes as you do the half squats. Visualise as if you are sitting on a chair and squat until the thighs are parallel to the ground. Upcoming video will be on how to manage back pain with simple exercises that can be done at home. Being a physiotherapy undergraduate, I decided to come up with these simple exercise on how to manage knee pain effectively at home... If added with pearl ear stud or an elegant shoe it takes the viewers attention off from the body and gives an overall clean look 2. After giving birth I would strongly recommend mothers to choose one size bigger than your actual size. This covers up all the plumpness around the body. I have done this video in two parts first with western followed by indian ethnic wear. Indian Ethnic wear can be worn on all occasions like interview, work, party or important events The clothes I showcase here are not expensive and infact bought for just Rs. 200-300 especially the indian clothes in this video...
