The administrator change the status as delivered and the delivery date is updated. The system will decrease the stock of the cylinder in the particular category. Abstract The project titled as Organic food shop management system is developed in vb as front end and ms access as back end. This project is developed to manage the organic shops sales details, purchase details, ingrediants stock, categories, dealer and report details. The administrator will enter the username and password to login to the system. if the username and password are correct, it will open the next form. If the entered details are not correct, it will show the error message. All ingredient details available in the organic shop are added by the administrator. The added ingredient details can be modified or deleted by the administrator. The ingredient name, ingredient cost, and ingredient stock are managed in this module. All dealer details of the organic shop are added by the administrator. The added dealer details can be modified or deleted by the administrator. Dealer name, address and contact details are managed in this module. All category details of the organic food shop are added through this module. The different types of foods can be added in this category details. They are soups,masalas,legiams,juice,snacks,grains are managed in this module.The organic food shop sales details are recorded in sales process. The sales id automatically generated, the dealer details, organic food product details, the total product cost, and total price product are entered in this module. The organic food purchase details are recorded in purchase process. The purchase id automatically generated, the dealer details, organic food product details, the total product cost and total price for product are entered in this module. The organic food product stock is increased when the purchase is completed. The purchase process will automatically increase the sales. The system generates the organic food product reports, dealer reports,sales reports and purchase reports to the administrator. This project is a paid project.
