Like I do everything right, I lift heavy weights, I do tons of cardio, i eat 6 small meals a day, I don't eat past 6 at night, and I still can't see my abs. I can't figure out what the heck I'm doing wrong... What's up guys my names Max and in today's video I want to go over the 9 foods you should never eat again if you want a six pack and if you want to lose weight. Since you've probably already realized that ice cream is one of them let's start with ice cream first. First of all ice cream is super high in sugar which can lead to weight gain, increased levels of blood triglycerides and diabetes. When you have a high spike in blood sugar which ice cream will definitely cause you to have your body reacts by releasing a lot of insulin. When insulin levels are high in your body it's literally impossible for you to burn fat and it's very easy for you to gain weight. Couple this with the fact that most ice creams will have at least 300 calories in just one cup and you'll easily see how ice cream is one of the worst foods to eat when trying to burn fat. Another food thats terrible for you if you want to see your abs and its also just as bad for your health...and that food is popcorn. Almost all microwave popcorn varieties come in a bag that is lined with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). This chemical is the same toxic stuff found in teflon pots and pans. And This chemical when heated has been linked to infertility, cancer and other diseases in lab animals. There are also gmos, artificial flavors, msg, and I don't know if you guys know this but regular corn farming requires a lot of pesticides. On top of all of that trans fats are still used by most popcorn brands even though trans fats have pretty much disappeared everywhere else since they're so strongly linked to heart attacks. And finally last but not least certain studies are starting to show that it might be a bad idea to Nuke any of your food not just microwavable popcorn. So yeah popcorn maybe the single worst food you can have for fat loss and for your health. Moving on.. we have Oreos and in general any type of cookies that you buy in a package like Chips Ahoy, keebler fudge cookies I think they're called. Now why are these so bad? Well all of the same things that applied to ice cream apply here as well. You will get an insulin Spike and it'll be impossible to burn fat until your insulin levels go back down. But something that makes this such a dangerous food to eat if you're trying to burn fat is the enormous calorie content. In just 6 Oreos we're looking at 270 calories and I bet that almost nobody eats just 6 Oreos. Oreos are addicting as soon as you eat one you know you're going to eat 20. If you eat a row which is typically how much people eat you're looking at 675 calories. Good luck burning that off. Oreos are super high in sugar fat and calories. That is definitely something you want to avoid while cutting body fat. Next we have soft drinks. Let me show you guys something this right here is peach flavored Snapple. And in one cup there are 200 calories and close to 48 grams of sugar or 12 teaspoons. You only really should be allowed a maximum of 6 to 9 teaspoons of sugar a day. You already went over with just one of these drinks. Now it's not only Snapple and I know that you guys already know that Pepsi coca cola Mountain Dew Hawaiian Punch brisk sprite and all that other canned soda.... I already know that you know that that's bad for you.... especially when you're trying to burn fat. But you might have not known that the orange juice and apple juice and in fact most juices that you see at the store are absolutely horrible for you. Apple juice has 24 grams of sugar in a cup. Granted that's half the amount that you're going to get from a cup of Snapple but thats still going to cause a major halt for your fat loss. Up next we have chips. Luckily lately there have been some Brands releasing chips that are actually not that bad for you. Unfortunately most of them still are pretty bad for you. Almost all chips are super high in salt, sugar, and fat. Also because they're cooked at such high temperatures it could cause the formation of carcinogens. Don't be fooled by the kettle cooked chips and the "natural"chips because .....it's the same shit. The one brand of chips that I've seen that I like are utz sweet potato chips. They just have peanut oil sweet potatoes and salt listed as the ingredients.

The “22 Day” Ab Workout (NO REST!)

In this video, I’m going to show you a single ab workout routine that you can do for the next 22 days straight that is going to help to carve up that midsection of yours and give you a jump start on getting your abs to pop year round. There are just 6 exercises in this ab workout, each one hitting the abs from one of their primary functions. No equipment is required to perform this ab workout routine. Because of this fact, there are no excuses either. You will be able to do this workout for your abs in just minutes and you won’t need any elaborate setup to get it done. It can be done in the comfort of your own home or in the gym if you so choose. The key to this ab workout plan is that you perform it for 22 days straight. There are two reasons for this time period. First, it gives you an opportunity to start seeing noticeable changes in your abs particularly if you pair this with a dedicated effort to improve your nutrition. You will never be able to see your abs if they are covered in fat. You need to start getting serious about your diet and eating if you want to strip away the fat and show the results of your hard work and effort. The second reason for doing this for 22 days is to help this become part of your lifestyle. They say it takes 22 days of doing something for it to become a habit. We are going to try and create a positive habit here by getting you used to training your abs. Don’t worry. The abs are a resilient postural muscle group that is built for high volume and frequent training sessions. The exercises in this ab workout follow a specific sequence. They start with those that target the lower abs using bottom up movements. These are where the top of the body from the waist up stays rather stationary while the bottom does the movement. This can be seen in the heels to the heavens exercise. Next you perform a bottom up rotation movement. This one is going to be filled by the step through planks. Here you want to try and keep your upper torso still again while you create rotation from the bottom using your legs to step through and across your body. You will be able to feel this burn almost from the first few reps. Keep going until you reach the extinction time as described in the video. Move on next to the midrange movement known as the “X” man crunch. This is a great way to bring both the top to the bottom and the bottom to the top. Aim for completing the 12 reps that are suggested for extinction on this ab exercise and move onto the final three exercises. These will hit the obliques, top down movements and top down with rotation. You will see that this is not going to take very long. The benefit and power of this ab workout is that it is hitting the abs and obliques from every angle and in each of the 6 primary ways of hitting them. Hey guys what's up so I'm sure you seen the videos on YouTube titled how to get ABS in a week how to get abs in 3 minutes. Theres even how to get abs in 2 minutes. But unfortunately I hate to break it to you guys you can't get abs in 2 minutes. But you really can get abs fast and maintain your six pack year round just by following the hacks that I give you today consistently. First off understand that you've been duped into thinking that you're one magical six pack workout away from having abs. There is no secret work out out there that will magically get you Rock Solid abs after just a couple sets of situps and crunches. That workout doesn't exist. But there are real solutions and real workout approaches that will shorten the amount of time that it's going to take you to see that six pack. The first hack is to use heavyweight for your abs. The whole purpose of doing an ab workout is not to burn the fat but instead to build the muscle. I'm assuming that most of you already know that. So my question to you is if you know that the point is to build the ab muscles why are you doing 20 30 40 100 reps of crunches? Do you do 100 bicep curls to get nicer biceps? Probably not. ABS work the same way as the other muscles in your body. If you want nicer abs you have to start using Progressive overload in all your ab workouts. This means that you're going to grab a heavyweight and do your ab exercises for only about 8 to 10 reps. Once you can do 10 reps without failing you have to grab a heavier weight. And that is going to become your new default weight. So when you start your next workout since you already know you can do that heavier weight ......right after warming up jump, Straight to that weight. Until of course it becomes easy to do that new weight for 10 reps at which point you move up again. That is Progressive overload that is how we build any muscle in our body in the most effective way. The second hack is to train your abs more frequently. ABS are muscles that can recover very fast when compared to other muscles in our body. By increasing training frequency you can hit your abs more times during the week leading to more total volume for that muscle. More volume means more growth and yes we want our ABS to grow in order for them to have any shape to them. Otherwise after you burn all that belly fat youre going to end up with a flat stomach not 6 Pack abs. Some people go overboard and they train their abs everyday. Again this wouldn't work for any other muscle in your body why would you do that with your abs? You need time to recover that's when your muscles grow so I recommend that you train your abs 3 days a week with weights. The next hack is to do more sets and exercises for your abs. A lot of people train their abs at the end of one of their other workouts and only give theirs abs a fraction of the attention that they give to the other muscles in their body like chest, shoulders, legs or biceps. Would you do a 10 minute chest workout.... again probably not. So why are you doing a 10-minute ab workout at the end of one of your chest workouts especially when you know that the ABS can take a huge beating and recover very fast. You should work your abs at least for 30 minutes if not a full hour. This will allow you to get more sets and exercises which ultimately onces again allows you to increase total volume or total "work". When Im really heavily focused on building my ab muscles ill go to the gym once for whatever body part im working like chest and back and then ill come back again later to do an hour long ab workout. Try to go for at least 5 different ab exercises, each for at least three sets of 10 reps with a heavy weight load. You'll know that it's a heavy weight load when you do one set for 10 then the next one you can only get 9 and the next one you can only get 8. If you're doing 10-10-10 you better up that weight it's not heavy enough. Hack number four is to do exercises where you get a full stretch in your abs. Stability balls are great for this. Stability ball crunches are one of the best ab exercises because you can extend past the point of neutral and really stretch those abs out. Keep in mind even with stability ball crunches you can do it with a weight behind your head.

6 Minute Standing Ab Workout: A Great Ab Workout without the Floor

This workout will have your core burning big time without ever going to the floor! Make this workout your go-to if you don't have a comfortable surface to lay on, don't want to get down on a floor that's seen a lot of foot traffic, or just want to mix up your ab routine. For this 6 minute workout, you will be doing 4 ab exercises for 45 seconds each, two times through. The 4 ab exercises are: 1) Punches - Place your legs about shoulder width apart and twist your upper body, throwing a punch with your arm. Then twist the other direction and punch with your other arm. Your feet should stay mostly stationary, with just a little twist of the same foot of the arm that is punching to allow the body to twist. 2) Front Kicks - Keep one leg planted and kick out with the other leg, focusing on contracting your abs when you kick. Alternate legs after each kick. Be sure you have plenty of space to do this exercise and don't kick anything or anyone! 3) Standing Marches - Start with both hands straight up in the air and bring one knee all the way up while bringing your arms down, keeping your hands above your elbows and near your body, so your elbows and knee line up, with your knee in between both arms. As you do this, squeeze your abs. Return to the starting position and do the same thing with your other knee, and continue to alternate knees. 4) Standing Cross Crunch: Knee to Elbow Variant - Bring one arm up so your elbow is at chest height and your hand is above your elbow, and bring your opposite knee up while bringing that arm down so your elbow meets your knee (don't hit them together hard). As you do this, squeeze your abs. Return them back to their starting point and do the same thing with your other knee and elbow, and continue to alternate. Extended Leg Variant - Kick one of your legs straight out, keeping your leg as straight as possible, and reach out to touch the toes of that leg with your opposite hand. Alternate legs and arms throughout the workout. Don't worry if you can't kick super high or touch your toes when you do this workout, just make sure you are doing the range of motion that you are able to do and engaging your abs with each move.
