Boy: Ryu, Ken, Honda, Dan
Girl: Chun Li, Sakura, Cammy, Maki
Ryu (Japanese: リュウ Hepburn: Ryū, named Takashi (隆) in the original Street Fighter) is a fictional character and the main protagonist of Capcom's Street Fighter series. He was created by Manabu Takemura and Takashi Nishiyama.
Kenneth "Ken" Masters (ケン・マスターズ Ken Masutāzu), originally spelled in Japanese as 拳 (Ken), is a character in Capcom's Street Fighter series. Ken is Ryu's best friend and rival, and like Ryu, he has appeared in all Street Fighter games. Like Ryu, Ken's goal is to test his power against many different fighters, and strives to become stronger.
Edmond Honda (エドモンド 本田 Edomondo Honda), more commonly known as E. Honda, is a video game character created by Capcom for the Street Fighter series of fighting games. Introduced in Street Fighter II as part of the starting lineup, he has appeared in Street Fighter Alpha 3, Street Fighter IV, and the Capcom vs. SNK series, as well as several cameos. Honda is a professional sumo wrestler and sentō proprietor. He is one of the original eight playable characters in Street Fighter II, representing Japan alongside Ryu.
Dan Hibiki (火引 弾 Hibiki Dan) is a player character from Capcom's Street Fighter fighting game franchise. He was created to parody Ryo Sakazaki and Robert Garcia, the two lead characters of SNK's Art of Fighting series, as Capcom saw Ryo as a ripoff of Street Fighter characters Ryu and Ken. Since then, Dan has become a fan favorite due to his humorous design, signature moves, and mannerisms.
Chun-Li (春麗, also チュン・リー Chun Rī, simplified Chinese: 春丽; traditional Chinese: 春麗; pinyin: Chūn Lì) is a character in Capcom's Street Fighter series. The first female fighter of the series, she made her first appearance in Street Fighter II: The World Warrior in 1991. In the series, she is an expert martial artist and Interpol officer who restlessly seeks revenge for the death of her father at the hands of the nefarious M. Bison, leader of the Shadaloo crime syndicate.
Sakura Kasugano (春日野 さくら Kasugano Sakura), better known as just Sakura, is a fictional character in the Street Fighter series. The fourth female fighter of the series, she made her first appearance in Street Fighter Alpha 2 in 1996. Sakura is a young Japanese schoolgirl fighter who idolizes Ryu, by whom she wants to be trained. Often appearing in other games including many crossover titles, Sakura has quickly became a firm fan favourite in Japan and has been also well received in the West as well.
Cammy White (キャミィ・ホワイト Kyamī Howaito), also known as Cammy (キャミィ Kyamī) and the codename Killer Bee (キラービー Kirā Bī) in Street Fighter Alpha 3, is a video game character in the Street Fighter fighting game series and the second female fighter to appear in the series, after Chun-Li. She debuted in 1993 as one of the four new characters in Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers. She has also been featured in the Street Fighter Alpha games, first as a secret character and then as a playable character. The games explore her backstory as one of the evil M. Bison's deadliest assassins or "dolls" turned an amnesiac MI6 operative for the British government.
Maki Genryusai (源柳斉 真紀 Genryūsai Maki), more commonly known simply as Maki (マキ Maki), is a fictional character in the Final Fight and Street Fighter video game series by Capcom. She has originally appeared in the 1993 beat 'em up game Final Fight 2 as a younger sister of Guy's fiancee and one of the game's protagonist characters. Like Guy, Maki is also trained in the Bushin style of ninjutsu and uses many of the same abilities and techniques. In her original Japanese backstory, Maki is a fierce ex-leader of a youth motorcycle gang, but this was censored in the English version of the game. She was mostly well received by critics and fans alike, and remains the only original character from the SNES Final Fight games to make comeback appearances in the later titles in and outside the series, notably in Capcom vs. SNK 2.
