Foam rolling routine for swimmers. Recover faster

If you have a foam roll or are considering buying one, but you don’t know how to use it or how it can help, this video is for you. Here is a short routine you can follow to release tight muscles. But first let’s understand what foam rolling does, how it helps and what mistakes to avoid. If you want to skip to the routine go to this minute in the video. When you swim your muscles constantly break down. As Coach Jeff from runnersconnect.net explains “Over time this causes the muscles to become tight when the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, starts to thicken and shorten to protect the underlying muscle from further damage. Sometimes the fibers and fascia contract so much they form trigger points, which manifest as sore spots needing to be released.” “Foam rolling, also known as myofascial release, is the application of pressure to eliminate scar-tissue and soft-tissue adhesion by freeing up your fascia.” So, now that we understand what it does, it is important to avoid these common mistakes. Firstly, don’t foam roll too much in one place. This can cause bruising and can create further damage to the tissue. Go a maximum of 20 seconds on each area. Secondly, don’t foam roll directly on an injured area. Go lightly on the area of pain. Sometimes the area where you feel pain is not the problem. For example, sometimes my knees hurt and it is because my quads are really tense. So work on the surrounding areas and opposite group of muscles. Thirdly, don’t foam roll too quickly. Sometimes if it hurts you want to foam roll quickly on that area, but it works better if you do it slowly. Having said that let’s do a full body foam rolling routine. We will start from the bottom. Sit down and roll slowly on your calves. You can put more weight on your leg if you want more pressure. Then after you do each ankle go to your hamstrings. Our glutes often get tense too, so try doing this. Then work on the quads. First do it straight down, then go a little to one side and then to the other. Roll slowly on the trigger points. You’ll notice them when you get there. The abdomen and lower back are vulnerable because there is no rib cage, so we will move up to the upper back. Move your arms as you do this to target different areas. Finally, go to your lats. This muscle gets really tense, specially for swimmers. Remember go slowly and move your arm to target different points. И не смотря на то что я не особо его жаждал, желание заказчиков – закон. В итоге это покупка привела меня к тику левого нижнего века и двум бессонным ночам. Но всё по порядку. Быстро чётко ёмко, и только попробуйте не досмотреть, ближе к концу будет самое интересное, и в этом видео чтобы не размусоливать на отдельные ролики по настройке и тестам данного аппарата, я расскажу обо всём. Начну свой рассказ с того что зверь которого я купил – наушники онор флай подс , сразу не смотрим на коробку. Версия не про. В России смысла в ней ноль – поэтому даже рассказывать о ней не буду. Купил уши на джэй ди за 89 баксов, пришли довольно быстро, коробка как вы видите в идеальном состоянии. Любимого светло бирюзового хуавеевского цвета, не оправданно габаритна, но в тоже время обеспечивающая всю возможную защиту для этих ушей. В ней их точно не убить. В комплекте кабель зарядки экономной длинны в 48 сантиметров, с одного конца юсби, с другого тайп си. Руководство, бок и два наушника довольно странной формы. Точнее наушники вкладыши как раз стандартной формы, как и эйрподсов или их же проводных тайпсишных стандартных наушников. Сразу спойлерну – лучшее в этих ушах – это их звучание. Остальное довольно спорно. И для тех кто ждёт обзор на Huawei Freebuds 2 - можете смотреть дальше и запоминать. Это теже самые наушники,только в другом цвете и с надписью хуавей вместо ОНОР. И сразу извитине за структуру обзора. Решил поместить сюда всё что о них узнал. А узнал я многое. Летим дальше, распаковали. Осмотрелись. Теперь запоминаем две вещи. Первое – сразу затираем и проверяем на оригинальность кью ар код на коробке, чем как говорят чёрт не шутит, на данный момент старых ушей и реплик пока нет. Но если товар придётся по вкусу покупателю они обязательно появятся. Да и 90 долларов делать на ушках это норм, на 4 пда уже несколько случаев обмана при покупке этих наушников в районе 40 долларов. На пандао конечно была скидка и была возможность их купить за 65 долларов. Но она уже прошла. Хватит о ценах. Идём дальше. Что же хуавей такое нам предлагают что нет у других. На коробке всё написано. И здесь всё просто – с низу вверх защита Ай пи 54. Цифра 5 обозначает: защищено от пыли, проникновение ограничено. Цифра 4 обозначает защиту от брызг со всех сторон. Но сильный ливень они вряд ли переживут. Можете конечно надеяться что вы как некоторые блогеры у которых присылают таких ушей пар 10 и потом им этими ушами не пользоваться сможете закинуть их в воду и порадоваться что они даже там работают. Но не советую. Далее идёт информация что если чехол хранит несколько циклов заряда, время прослушивания увеличивается до более чем 20 часов. Кстати сразу при тесте на максималках они у меня прожили при проигрывании музыки всего 2 часа 34 минуты. Вот так. Следующая инфа – о возможности беспроводной зарядки по технологии IQ/ И здесь небольшая проблема. На момент издания ролика я перепробовал зарядок 12 в магазинах. Оригинальной хуавеевской не было. Так вот от других зарядок со всеми возможными параметрами бокс у меня не заряжался. Если что изменится – напишу в описании к видео. В идеале поддерживается беспроводная зарядка стандарта Qi, что позволяет обладателям флагмана Huawei Mate 20 Pro заряжать наушники просто положив кейс на корпус смартфона. Но я эту штуку так и не проверил. Да и возможно хуавей как и яблоко заряжается только от своих зарядок. Далее идут магические буквы HWA, и здесь я просто обязан пояснить . У меня телефон П20 про от хуавей и даже в инструментах разработчика с последней обновой возможности включить этот кодек – нет. Да и даже если бы была. Я очень надеюсь что вы мне поверите – а это важно! Беспроводные наушники всегда имеют задержку сигнала и не вдаваясь в подробности, она иногда столь мала что вы не будете её замечать. А касаясь темы обзора, при просмотре тьюба через компьютер, и да я тестил, уши прекрасно сопрягаются с планшетами, ноутами, и телефонами любых операционных систем. Задержка 0,3 сек вам обеспечена, при проигрывании с телефонов – конкретно 7го айфона и п20 про – задержки нет. При игре вы сейчас сами всё видите. И в итоге при установке плеера Най бай мьюзик я активировал данный кодек… но разницы в звучании особенно не услышал. Да и сложно услышать). Звучат они и так очень хорошо даже по сравнению с проводными хуавеями которые шли у меня в комплекте с телефоном.

You buy property based on a 1925 Act, as Joint Tenants, this is very common for couples and someone relatively 'well off' helping out a relative eg elderly parent or a friend even. Beware ! This Joint Tenants arrangement, no matter how unequal your initial financing was, makes you equal in the eyes of the law - you are both trustees of this property. THE DAY AFTER THE HOUSE PURCHASE IS MADE ONE OF THE PARTIES COULD CHOOSE TO SECRETLY CHANGE THIS BASIS FROM JOINT TENANCY TO TENANTS IN COMMON USING A DEVICE CALLED A NOTICE OF SEVERANCE. It is so important, it does warrant annoying upper case letters. Not knowing about this could cost you between £50,000 and £150,000 for the AVERAGE person in England and Wales. Half the value of your house. This excludes the nightmare legal fight it will end up with you at the centre of. The scam is run very similarly to how people get their 'dream home' in the countryside, by one step at a time, 'creeping' the planning open. If you don't know this, here's how THAT works: First, buy a field for peanuts that is agricultural only. Then get permission for horses, they'll need a stable. Then, have services connected - water, power etc. Then, get the tiniest of cottages built. Finally, after about 10 years, apply to build a mid-sized home. After that - just about anything you like. Okay, so the similarity is basic. Imagine you buy a house with someone you love and trust - let's face it, you'd have to, to share a property ownership and/or a mortgage. It is possible, one of you is much more 'necessary' for the mortgage than the other, or for the purchase price or to keep running costs paid for - this inequality is a common situation. You buy as Joint Tenants, but immediately - although they'll probably wait a while - one of the buyers/owners can dissolve this by issuing on their own a Notice of Severance. Thus, the property you both owned equally, and if one dies the survivor owns it all outright without question, can be turned into Tenants in Common ownership. Tenants in Common ownership - and this is the thing the Notice about the Notice (keep up!) from Land Registry WILL NOT TELL YOU, is almost the SOLE PURPOSE of making ownership Tenants in Common, is so that half the property is now SUBJECT TO THE WILL of the deceased. That's right, in secret, without you finding out (if the other side appropriates any letters which remember, they will be expecting), overnight you are no longer going to own a property outright if the co-owner dies, but be subject to their Will. In all likelihood, you will find that on the day they die - your home suddenly is not your own, half is owned by a group of people you may barely know. The inheritance of the deceased is now including half your home. Remember - a WILL IS ALSO A SECRET DOCUMENT from you, the co-owner, even if you were in the blasted thing! To recap: you buy believing that once your co-owner dies, you own the house outright. In secret, they issue a Notice of Severance, which you will probably not know about until the co-owner's death, when that other secret of theirs - their Will - gives half of it away to a bunch of people who you will now find yourself at odds with. And the memory of your co-owner? You will never feel the same about them again. The entire thing is an act of ultimate betrayal. It requires the victim has ultimate trust in the perpetrator, and thus belies the ultimate cowardice in its planning and execution. . . .

He makes this mandatory form easy to understand in this explainer video. You can also review the full text of the PA Consumer Notice here: Pennsylvania law requires real estate brokers and salespersons (licensees) to advise consumers who are seeking to sell or purchase residential or commercial real estate or tenants who are seeking to lease residential or commercial real estate where the licensee is working on behalf of the tenant of the business relationships permitted by the real estate licensing and registration act. This notice must be provided to the consumer at the first contact where a substantive discussion about real estate occurs unless an oral disclosure has been previously provided. if the oral disclosure was provided, this notice must be provided at the first meeting or the first time a property is shown to the consumer by the broker or salesperson. Before you disclose any information to a licensee, be advised that unless you select an agency relationship the licensee is NOT REPRESENTING YOU. A business relationship of any kind will NOT be presumed but must be established between the consumer and the licensee. Any licensee who provides you with real estate services owes you the following duties: • Exercise reasonable professional skill and care which meets the practice standards required by the Act. • Deal honestly and in good faith. • Present, in a reasonably practicable period of time, all offers, counteroffers, notices, and communications to and from the parties in writing. The duty to present written offers and counteroffers may be waived if the waiver is in writing. • Comply with Real Estate Seller Disclosure Act. • Account for escrow and deposit funds. • Disclose all conflicts of interest in a reasonably practicable period of time. • Provide assistance with document preparation and advise the consumer regarding compliance with laws pertaining to real estate transactions. • Advise the consumer to seek expert advice on matters about the transaction that are beyond the licensee’s expertise. • Keep the consumer informed about the transaction and the tasks to be completed. • Disclose financial interest in a service, such as financial, title transfer and preparation services, insurance, construction, repair or inspection, at the time service is recommended or the first time the licensee learns that the service will be used. A licensee may have the following business relationships with the consumer: Seller Agency: Seller agency is a relationship where the licensee, upon entering into a written agreement, works only for a seller/landlord. This demonstration will step you through the process for publishing a Notice of Intended Distribution of Estate online. You can only publish this Notice after the Court has determined the Summons in which it was asked to confirm who is entitled to administer the deceased person’s estate, either in accordance with the will, or the law. The Notice is the final, optional step in the probate process and its primary purpose is to advertise the fact that the Executor or Administrator will soon be distributing the deceased’s assets. While this step is not mandatory under the Court’s Rules, publishing the Notice can give the executor or administrator personal protection from liability if an unforeseen claim to the estate is made later on. Therefore, an executor or administrator will decide (either independently, or on the advice of his or her legal representative) whether or not the Notice is necessary after considering the specific circumstances of an estate.
