Im 49 and have been watching your videos for awhile. I need to lose 100+ lbs. I need advice where to start. Have have no strength or endurance so I know I need to start out slow. I'm overwhelmed as to how and where to begin. Thanks for any advice.

Hey Bonnie - Angela’s answer is spot on! Take the same approach she recommends with your diet. A small swap each week and lots of water, proteins, veggies/fruit and grains. When I gat a sugar craving - my fruit swap is ... ready for it ... pitted prunes! A single serving of five each and glass of water really drives that craving away. Go for low sodium products and it is ok to have a pice of pizza or ice cream or whatever you want as a treat - just keep it in moderation and only once a week. Mix in the exercise that Angela recommended building each week and you will get there. That weight did not come on overnight so to expect to take it off that way is unrealistic. If you have a bad day - it’s ok, breath, relax and start again! Good Luck! 😀

Hi BonieR, start walking everyday for 30 mins. Also start cleaning your diet out of sugars and carbs, consume more proteins and healthy fats, drink lots of water. Document your changes for 30 days. Then slowly start incorporating low weights and walks with inclinations. Keep documenting your changes everyday and you will start noticing your body changing and adjusting. Trick your brain and body with new and different routines. Take measurements and pics to keep motivated and track your progress. The key is to eat at clean as possible and move daily, and you will lose the pounds! Best wishes :)
