I’m 13, 5’5, and 155 pounds. I’m extremely ashamed, I’ve been heavy my whole life but recently gained at a rapid rate. In the new year I’m ready to finally take back control of my body. I’ll record here until I loose a good amount of weight. I’m not just going to be doing the workout in the video but many others for a variety. I’ve been watching my calorie intake as well so that will play a part. Another thing is, today is Tuesday January 15 I started exercising daily and counting calories on Sunday January 12, that will play a role in my results. January 15: I feel results from the past few days. My core feels stronger but I don’t believe I’ve lost weight. I’ve done 2 five minute core workouts today and plan to do a core exercise before bed. January 16: today was probably my “worst” workout/diet day. I only did a couple of ab exercises and had “fattier” snacks. But I see definition In my stomach and less of a gut. January 17: Today I’m taking my first rest day. I’m really busy/stressed with high school registration.

I've done this for 5 days straight, I'll keep updating when I feel like it. *(01/10/19)* I'm doing one rep + another booty work out. Planning on adding one more, as I'm getting used to the workout. My waist is now *78 cm/30 inches* *(01/14/19)* the workout got easier, tho I'm doing the plank twists on my knees, still burning kinda, probably not as effective.

Okay so it’s been 5 days since I started this workout and I can see my stomach getting flatter! I 197% recommend it, THANK YOU SO MUCH VICKY❣️❣️
Ok I don’t wNt to hate on viki or scare anyone but I’m a pretty athletic person and I absolutely never have trouble breathing and I don’t have asthma, but I started doing this workout on week ago including the vacuums, none of these exercises are new to me except for the vacuum, anyway last night I was at karate and I suddenly couldn’t breathe well but I ignored it and kept practicing, once I started getting puffed out I suddenly really couldn’t breathe properly and I had a mini asthma like attack. I guess what I’m trying to say is just be careful doing the vacuums or do some research about them because they could effect your breathing negatively

Lol I am pear shaped so it's like -nothing, nothing and then boom butt! So I want my non-existant chest to show off a bit. I also have very little belly fat so It'd be cool to try and get the abs, or at least that showing line on the middle of your stomach
