he forgot to mention what cardio for... well, its for nothing, so fucking pointless... you burn a lot more calories with heavy weight lifting, and even if you dont do any excercises, you just sit home all day, you can lose fat if you eat below your calories, so the only reason to do cardio is for your heart train

Supposed to be 60 days and yet dude said he ripped his denim shirt after 3 months of workouts. I understand it's 60 gym days and not 60 calendar days, but most people don't, this is why most people quit because they aren't getting results when they think they should be.

I've watched SOOO many videos with Steve Zim, and it seems a running theme is that he always over-estimates their body fat percentage. For instance, 0:54 Tristan is NOT 12.7%, you would be able to see his abs at that level. His after result is more like what 12.7% would look like.

Some extreme processes involved here, but they're not necessary. I lost nearly 25kg in a year, went from fat (90kg) to muscularly lean (65kg) (yep, with abs). Just counted calories (if it fits your macros) and trained 2-3 times a week. Just no need to kill yourself - but gym owners want you in 5-6 days a week - no need!

They have a few changes that are noticeable but c’mon buzz feed, 7 percent body fat??? If it 7 percent body fat the guy body would HAVE to look like a Greek god. I mean he DEFINITELY will. The guy being huge or not will depends on genetics but the definition of the muscle would be that of a Greek god.

People don’t worry about the body fat percentage number. You should just use it as a reference to know if you are losing fat or gaining fat, the actual number doesn’t matter. The test with calipers is really inaccurate and it underestimated body fat just like most tests. The only way to determine actual body fat percentage is an autopsy. The closest test for body fat percentage currently is considered to be a dexa scan but those are expensive. Seriously don’t worry about the number just take note of it going up or down.

The weight loss game and weight gain game can be frustrating, trust me I know. I went from 231 this February, down to 158 (73 LBS lost in 5 months)in July. I stayed at 158 from July to the beginning of October. We are now at the end of October, and I am now 166 after starting my bulk at the beginning of October. I gained 7 lb in 3 weeks. We have to stay consistent with our training and methods. I know both sides of the fence, how to cut down, and now how to bulk up. Sorry, don't want to sound too salesy or pitchy, but I'm starting my YouTube channel and I will be providing a whole lot of game and tips on these various problems. I just want to help others get over the barrier that I was trying to get over for the longest.

Every single video related to fitness always rubs in the 'get good sleep' bit. Yeah, well, it's very difficult when the whole world won't shut the hell up. Diesel engines, road construction, loud mouthed people, birds cawing, babies crying, lawnmowers, minorities blasting their ooga-booga music from cars... and for some reason right now my refrigerator is making a knocking noise.

Tren e and anadrol is the ultimate way to get an ideal body in that amount of time, but u shouldn’t start using that stuff unless you have been working out for a long time
