That doesn't do anything, try to hold each move for 10-15 seconds. That's how to be strong and sleek, not the lumpy-bumpy body.

I really liked this workout but it killed my wrists. Are there any modifications that you can do that are a little easier on the wrists? It is really just for the plank part. Can I do them on my elbows?

i really want to marry a women with body like that its the exact opposite here in saudi arabia 95% of females are just thinking of being full of fat 🙄on thier butts and boobs 😶 that is a turn off for me 😥

meam 1 well am going for it b4 3 monthes i was 54kg yea yea i was skinny as fuck but now am 68.3 kg am trying at least my friend was fat so fat i guss he was 148 now after 4 month hes 119 and he still going at least we try but for saudi wemon they like am faat i cant be fit its imposible am i raght or wrong ? r u saudi anyway ??

I am not comfortable stretching these bands that long. I have been using bands for sometime but not taking them to over the head routines like shoulder presses. Are they safe to go that far?

Yes, but you'll want to inspect your bands before each use. As with nearly anything rubber, expect wear & tear. Mine have snapped on me before. Luckily it was just an arm slap. I've been paranoid using them ever since. :-(

Hi, there! Thanks for the excellent work out. I'm a paraplegic, hence used the window sill in lieu of my legs. Could you recommend more ab toning exercises for those who are unable to use their legs?

Should I get the medium or the heavy band? i'm really confused I want one to last me a long time without getting too easy but I still want to be able to do 1 rep at the start lol my muscles are 0 so you could rank on that I never owned one so I can't rank which one i'm a 15 year old male

The bands that she has a link to are sold as a set of easy, med and hard. I think most band kits are like that so I would suggest getting that so you aren't limited to one choice. I too have no muscles so I will be starting with easy. I've tried workouts with med before thinking I was going to speed up the process but I ended up hurting myself and didn't enjoy working out. So for this round of annual health kick momentum i'm going to start slow and work my way up.

Does this exercise actually have results like i'm not very fit so if i do this will i see results? I'm thinking of investing in one but want to know if you actually do see results :) You look like a pro doing it well done

If you want to see results, you need to merge this with your diet, and regular cardio (30 minutes a day like real cardio not some shaggy walking), And in about 3 weeks you can actually see results. I have lower abdominal fat and love handles even though I am kind of fit based on standards. After doing this for a week (3 circuits so 30 minutes) I can say I see some abs.

1 full circuit (20 times each move) got me burnt 34 calories according to my Fitbit. So 3-4 times would be around 120-160 I assume. I am 5'3 and 126 lbs, with fat percentage 22%.
