This is definitely not for abs the only muscle group it works is the legs, and for this workout to make any difference you need to repeat it like 20 times. There are much better workouts on youtube that are much more effective and create more results. Dont waste your time on this video, find another. Just trying to help y'all out.

This looks so easy but when I'm doing it, boy, I'm sweating a lot! The hardest part was the last 5 seconds lol. I try to do this every night before sleep and now I can wear my favorite jeans again! This is my favorite workout on YT. Thanks a lot Danielle <3
