my back is tweaky and this work was fine
Thank you so much for this I have used this to help me for a workout routine I am doing every morning and I found it a little easy so I went and pushed myself a little and did things such as ; instead of holding the plank with your knees on the ground I kept them up and doing the crunches further 😊😊 tysm

This is great and all & I want to keep up with it. But... I do need to whine a bit about how *most* of these videos don't take into account that when you are beginning... you really want to observe the form & steady your body into position, then be able to begin the reps. I get that a shorter video will encourage more beginners to click & try... But, *you know* that most of us are having to look back at our phones or computers to physically see what you are doing so we can copy you... but you kind of rushed into the reps so I kept having to pause & look away which doesn't help with the neck business. Especially when being told to look at the ground or ceiling & try not to strain your neck... kinda hard to do both at the same time. Again, I will try to keep up with this in conjuntion with the sit ups & leg lifts I've been doing, because I wanted to add more to my routine without hurting myself... but just a suggestion. It really wouldn't add too much time to the video to do this properly & make sure the audience can safely & effectively follow along by keeping in mind that they don't already know what they are doing & will need to observe you... then get into position & begin the exercise instead of feeling rushed to do that all at once, or miss half the workout trying to catch/keep up with you & line their body up just so they can begin 👍 Thank you though, sincerely. I know this is free & you're the one doing the favor... just seems like there's always a catch somehow.

Omg I loved this! Truly a beginner workout, trying to get my body back, after a pregnancy and c section my core is so weak. This is just enough to get me started and also very relaxing!

This work out is perfect. Exactly what I need for a beginner's abs workout. I haven't worked on my abs for some time now and I struggle to do the whole crazy 20 crunches and 2 minutes plank holds, it's too much for me. I want to get back into it but my body needs to get used to working on the core gently. This routine is perfect for that. Thanks Amy 💖

This is the best beginner ab work I have ever done :). Like how you kept it simple and talked about people with limited range of motion plus back pain. Great warm up and cool down. Definitely a great one do to for a few weeks till you are stronger in the core.

I am not a complete beginner, but the second exercise had me in tears--my low back could not take that move! I had to modify to lowering one leg at a time. And I have to do the bird dog on my fists due to wrist pain. I tried a great workout of yours yesterday, but after 2 bad/painful ones today, I think I'm done.

This is AMAZING. I’ve never seen such a great workout for beginner abs. I normally don’t stick with an workout videos because it’s too intense and I have a very weak core. This was perfect - difficult but doable! ❤️

After having 2 babies and really letting myself go I find this a great way to start! This is only my 3rd day doing this but I think it's amazing and can already feel my belly is getting tighter and stronger 💪 I do a litter extra on the end of this, more stretches across my legs and some push ups for my bingo wings 😂 xx

You are doing wonders for my postnatal body. I began your postnatal workouts 6 months pp, and now I have moved on to the beginner workouts, they're perfect and quick. I try to do 10/20 minutes every day when baby is sleeping. It feels so good and not overwhelming at all which is why I have been able to stick to it while being exhausted and not sleeping enough. Thank you for making exercise so accessible and easy. I dont know if I would have been able to do it otherwise!!! Amazing!!

On my third week now! Results are slowly getting there but only these 10 minute excercsizes alone will not give you abs unless you do it 7 times a week or something lol, I just combine it with other more advanced workouts so results are better

Thank you for this workout :) I was in a car accident and because of that I suffer from chronic back pain in my lower back and a lot of ab workouts are really hard for me to do even if it's a workout for beginners it's still hard on my back, but this workout is really easy on my back and it's easy for me to do and it doesn't make my pain worse so I have finally found a workout that is easy for me but is still effective.... So thank you so much for this workout :) if I do this workout 3 times a week will it be effective? I am skinny but my lower stomach looks like I'm 3 months pregnant but I'm not so that's my problem area.... And again thank you for this workout

Samridhi Kotnala if you can also incorporate the treadmill into your workouts then you’ll definitely see results. What I did was the treadmill and used TreadFitt and found in only a short week I was losing weight and becoming sculpted! Thank you so much for everything about how you do this. Your voice is calm and encouraging. You don't show off doing the extremely difficult version. Instead you stay right in there with the beginner with only encouragement and no condescension toward those who cannot do the more difficult version. The stretching before and after is also really great for those who may already have back/neck pain or those trying to avoid it. Great video!

I love this work out as I am just now beginning an ab routine. The only thing I wish that you would take time to explain is the breathing technique when you are contracting and relaxing. I’m never quite sure whether I need to blow out during contraction or breath in

Thank you so much for this! I’m 5’1 and 127 lbs so I’m just at the high end of the healthy range, getting dangerously close to the overweight range. Even though I’m still a healthy weight I’m super weak and unfit so it’s hard to find an exercise that I can do without hurting myself, and this one is perfect!

I’ve had a history for probably 20 years of back problems but have been doing this once or twice a day for 10 weeks now hoping that a stronger core will help. So far so good, I just feel so much stronger and definitely more flexible too. I’m confident just by the way everything feels that I can keep the back problems away by keeping this up and feel ready to do more now too Really appreciate the video it’s made a difference for me at least Should probably say too the difference it’s made to the old beer belly that was starting to show through!!! Almost gone ;-)
