This workout is the best! I had been doing this for 2 weeks now and the results are amazing!!! If anyone out there isn't sure they want to do this they should! It works and my whole family has been doing it and the results man.. are just absolutly amazing so try it!

Your workouts are generally great. Perfect exercises with immediate results! I use a few of your videos for my own workouts on a regular basis and I'm totally satisfied but there's one thing with this one that is sooooo annoying. Please don't use the word ' burn' or ' burning ' every 2 seconds because it's really demotivating!!!! We all know it's burning and that's a positive thing but we also need to hang on throughtout the whole workout. That's almost impossible with your constant moaning ( unless we mute the sound ) and faking not being in a good shape and by the way, you are perfectly fit . No need to. No need to fake. You have such a great body, we know what it takes, we know you can. Tell us we can as well, tell us to hold on !!! Thank you.

Literally the worst abs workout she is not professionals at all by far I did this video and just the next day my back was literally killing me she dose not include a warm up or a stretch at the end of this video I was in pain for 2 days from my neck down to my back watch closely she dose not support her neck

I think that this workout is great. It has been helping me in the past few weeks. But you just need to warm up and stretch by yourself. Every abs video is like this one. They just show you the workout for abs and you do your own warm up and stretch

This might sound impossible but I have seen results even after 1 workout... I took before and after pics and my stomach already got some baby packs! And no I didn't workout before this video, last time I was working out is last summer!!

I've been really frustrated with not feeling the burn in my abs and my hip flexors keep taking over but this video has really helped me actually burn. The hip flexor thing goes easier every day.

This Six pack abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) is quite excessive guide. I think this book is quite helpful for people who wants to lose weight and have a six-pack abs simultaneously. I almost lose 3 pounds weight with in 10 days. It`s very useful to me, I have got 6 pack abs following this guide step by step. I myself strongly suggest the book.

This Six pack abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) is quite excessive guide. To lose your weight and make your belly six-pack it is very helpful book I think. I almost drop Three pounds weight with in Ten days. It is very helpful to me, I have got 6 pack abs following this guide step by step. You should try this book as well.

60 sec single leg drops 30 sec flutter kicks 60 sec bicycles 30 sec heel touches 60 sec full sit ups 30 sec crunch pulses 30 sec oblique crunches (per side) 15 sec side plank pulls (per side) make this workout twice

I think everybody need to remember that just doing abs workout isn't going to make your abs show. You have to eat clean to cut down the fat on the tummy area so the muscles will pop. "Abs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen". So doing abs workout but eating a bunch of junk food isn't going to help at all.

I'd recommend doing this 3 times a day, then you'll have rock hard abs like I do, i can't do the side plank tho it give cramps in my feet, so yea, I do this workout when I wake up, when I get back from school, and 2 workouts after dinner to get off all that fat, I'd recommend it if you're so worked up on having Abs like me xD

When your head goes up, try to look at your abs, it keeps your head and chin downward. Also focus on using your abs muscle to lift you up, don't use your neck to bring yourself up.

LuLu Berry08 tuck your chin into your chest, like try to touch your chest with you chin why you do the ones that hurt your neck. if you just let it hang loose then it's going to strain your neck

jeniyah diane Yeah it will help, but make sure not to strain yourself and do the workout on alternate days not everyday
