I just started weight lifting and going to the gym, so I appreciate all the tips I can get!! I used to be fit... but I had knee surgery done (twice - and for my most recent surgery I had both knees operated on) so it’s been hard getting into it, but I know I can do it! So I’m just taking it one step at a time ☺️☺️

I can't say it's something i'd go for. compound movements are my go to for every sesh and def not using the smith machine. as for abs -- > kitchen ;) i never do abs and have a 4 pack year round.

I`ve got got Six pack abs following this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it). Getting six pack abs is a lot easier if you are in good physical shape and you utilize some of the guide’s special techniques. In general this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) is a great guide and a must have for anyone who wants 6 pack abs. Simply speaking, if you want to look wonderful (and I`m sure, feel great too!) get this book. I simply started out following the guide and of course, you have to exert some effort.

I find this 6 pack abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) extremely excessive. I think this book is very helpful for individuals who really wants to slim down and have a six-pack abs simultaneously. I almost shed 3 pounds weight with in 10 days. I find this very useful. I just followed this detailed guide and get a toned abs. I myself highly recommend the book.

Ok guys..today i'm going to the gym for a first time in my life and i'm super afraid beause i have anxiety and i'll be worried that people are watching me and making fun of me..i know it's bulshit but i'm so stressed like..I really wanna lose weigh and become more confident with myself but i'm just not sure that i'll manage to do it..it's not like i'm not active at all but you know how hard it is at first and i'm sure that i'll know literally everyone at the gym cause i live in a small town and fuck me,why am i like this

Incredible workouts guide “suza great plan” (Google it) that could certainly assist you burn those disgusting belly fats and build 6 pack abs. The Above Gym Routine is not for get Muscular or Fit Instantly, but to make a steady progress by increasing the pace slowly as the body get used to it and you get fit for longer work outs.

I am a beginner and did Leg curls on my 3rd day, I could do only 1 set with 10kg ,it was hard but its doable ,again its totally depends on everyone...as long as you build strength you could start and gradually increase the sets...
