Commentaire français xD c'est rare d'en voir. D'abord je me présente vite fait. J'ai 14 ans, je mesure 1,63 et je pèse 58 kg. Je voudrai faire 55 ou 57 kg ce mois çi. Je vais faire cette entrainement pendant toute cette semaine( jusqu'a 17/12/2018).J'essaierai de poster assez régulièrement. Aujourd'hui le 10/12/2018: j'ai découvert cette vidéo et vraiment j'adore. La dame est super motivante, donc j'ai donc commencé l'entrainement. (Juste avant j'ai fait 20 min d'abdos.) En vrai, c'est compliqué xD Malgré le fait que je danse(kpop), j'ai trouver ça assez compliqué. Je me suis arrêté souvent car mes soeurs rentrer dans ma chambre. Sinon c'est trop amusant à le faire et quand j'ai finis je me suis sentie fière de moi :).

Love this vid, been doing it everyday. Bf says my tummy looks flatter. I recommend this along with another vid or strength training then cool down n stretch for an efficient workout.

LOVE her and her workouts. Just finished 3rd and taking a small break. It´s only day 2 for me but she is so positive and energetic it is impossible to not train with her. Even my 2 year old dances around clapping with a smile on his face.

OMG! I'm so happy and pleased, I lost 4kg in one week doing this twice a day + healthy diet. First day - Oh! i did it! I'm so exhausted. Second day - Well, i can feel the tiredness, but It's quite better Third day - I did it without pause for water or for rest Fouth day - Easy, It's my routine now Fifth day - WOW! I do it without felling tired Sixth day - It's really simple to do it, I am not even felling that I'm doing it! Seventh day - What? I lost 4kg????

I wanna get a flat stomach (abs if I can) and thinner thighs. Eventually lose at least 8kg . Unsure of how long it will take but I know that this video will help to get there. So I will update this with honest results. Not going to eliminate anything from my normal diet. Day 1: Awful. Honestly managed to do 1 minute and had to stop the video, then continued and stopped three times, 4 times in total. It's okay tho, I'm trying. (Also did another dance video of 5 mins) Day 2: In pain from yesterday. Found it hard to climb down the stairs. Anyway still did this but in total stopped three times. (Also did another dance video of 5 mins). Day 3: More pain than yesterday but I am enjoying the workout. Stopped three times. (Did a yoga video of 30 mins) Day 4: Don't feel any pain apart from the area that you work on while doing side crunches. Stopped 2 times. I looked at myself in the mirror and see a line going down my mid section. Still have fat but it looks like abs are coming out already. Day 5: No pain whatsoever, more tired than usual so I didn't do anything else all day as for physical exercises but never stopped while doing this workout. Day 6: Woke up with wanting to do more today and so I did. I began with their Latin Fat Burn workout. Stopped once. Then did their Brazilian Butt workout, stopped twice. Then did 15 mins of Yoga and finally did this video where I stopped once to take a break. When I stop, it's usually not longer than a 30 seconds break. So that my heart beat keeps going. Day 7: Not much energy today. Did Brazilian Butt workout, Latin Fat Burn workout and this video. Stopped once during the first video. Day 8: Did 30 minutes of dancing but nothing precise and not this video. Day 9: Not feeling well and did not exercise. Day 10: Did not exercise again. Day 11: Did the latin one and this one. Day 12: Did the Brazilian and this one. Day 13: too much work and couldn't fit exercise. This isn't good but felt really tired and it's not right to exercise when you're tired. I walked all day though. Day 14: same as yesterday. Day 15: same. Day 16: only did this video because I couldn't fit more exercise in my schedule today. Day 17: Did just dance, the just sweat option as I can measure how many calories to burn. I see the ab lines and so decided to just dance because I still have a big lower belly stomach. I burned 220 calories dancing. Day 18: 220 calories circa dancing and this video. (220 because when you do 45 minutes on just sweat it says this. Update: two months later, I had stopped for personal reasons and work commitments but will start again :)

yeha to be honest I saw immediate results even after 4 days, I saw this line forming in the middle and even if I haven't been doing this much lately and as before, I still have it. When I turn I also see some lines at the sides as well. So will definitely keep it up.

lol i do not look pretty doing some of these moves especially the body roll. although this workout definitely does work i can feel and see the difference on my body, although i really do need to get a scale so i can keep track of how much im losing

Keaira, you're the best! I've tried other dance workouts and zumba and You definitely are! Your videos are full of energy and positive. You are so friendly and inspiring!
