Generally this depends on how much muscle you already carry on your shoulders. Pull-ups will mostly target the upper back and lats. Do you want your shoulders bigger?

Why do you do a reverse pullup at the end instead of a normal grip one?

It tends to be easier for beginners, you can use whatever grip you feel the most comfortable using. Good luck and thanks for watching!!
