I was a skinny muscle kid growing up, didn't have no big arms just looking like a normal skinny kid/dude growing up, but I was always climbing trees, buildings oddly, monkey bars, I wish I stretched though, I moved around on a bike/sometimes skateboard, playing DDR in a store, Pump it Up dance game in a arcade and played basketball. Mix that up every day, but eating I would say I eat nicely in the morning as in small bowl of cereal, eggs bacon an begal cream cheese or oatmeal, 2nd then lunch was my less meal like a drink with a snack or small sandwich I made from home, after feeling like water works all day 3rd i have a dinner that was the same amount as breakfast or less or nothing if I didn't work out in any way. Very random but now I never done anything for 2-4 years, i eat about once or twice a day drinking milk to shhh my stomach. I'm gonna workout my body and stretch as much as I can, I don't know how much since I never did that. Get my body feeling as it was because people looked at me as I'm weak but they attacked me and I threw them across the room shocking them (YouTube Goku fighting) those cartoons expressions is like the people around like WOW.

I think it's key to add that while breakfast is important, Cereal and orange juice are terrible morning foods. Too many sugars and processed foods in them. Eggs, avocado, and oatmeal are great, drinking green tea, water or coffee (black).

Breakfast jump starts metabolism is false, there have been countless studies done on it. There is no benefit of having breakfast, it depends on the total calories you consume overall. Also eating smaller portions more frequently again has no additional benefits, it again depends on the total calories in a day. on the contrary intermittent fasting has shown more health benefits. Bright side needs to authenticate their sources of information. sad...

i'm sorry to say ,but you need to check your research as scientific studies dont back up the breakfast thing at all . In fact not eating breakfast can be and would be a part of intermittent fasting which will cause you to lose weight .The opposite is true in fact ..its not the only thing..Diet soda causes weight gain ? again no studies conclude that one ...You're irresponsibly churning out videos with non facts which can actually hurt people.and check your other facts too...For something published in 2018 its like the info came from the 90s ridiculous
