I am 13 and i really want to get a flat stomach so i can be confident wearing a bikini, i have a low metabolism so will this workout really work on me?

Thank you so much for making this! I only started this about 2-3 weeks ago and I’m already noticing change. My thighs have slimmed down a little and my stomach is a little more flat, and I haven’t changed my diet at all except for eating more fiber and protein.

I mean it not intense enough to get abs ASAP but I guess it’ll work in a long period of time doing it but if you’re looking to get abs I guess there are more intense workouts out there!

I started working out a while ago but it was very on and off, so I decided for a month I would work out every day (this is day 6 I’m proud lmao) and if I liked it I would carry on. So far it’s been great and I feel so much healthier and I’m defiantly gonna keep going! Wish me luck 😂🤞🏻
