The exposition "Glass In Ancient Art" traces the specific skills of working with glass and smalt for a period covering 900 years -- from the fifth century BC up to the fourth century AD. The central place in the exhibition is occupied by seven glass vials which were used for religious rites. Each vial has a name: The Wisdom, The Life, Directions, Earth, Water, Sky and The Choice. They have been made using the millefiori technique. The volume designed objects are exceptionately perfect, possessing "detail in the detail of the detail" and they show precise colour, form and space handling.
