I really miss this channel! I was literally almost 13 when I did her workouts. The two I did was the 9 exercises for a flat stomach and also one of her leg workouts. I literally got so much results in like almost two weeks from doing those videos. Literally, her videos are still filled with lots of positive feedback. The odd thing is, I still have skinny legs and a flat stomach from when I did her workouts yet I don’t really do a lot of exercise. I literally thought this channel would still be posting lots of videos!! 😭😭😭😭

for getting a six pack you really should focus on diet, then when you have lost the desired fat, you should be able to see some abs (sometimes you only need to lose fat to actually see the abs....) then, if after that loss, the 6 pack is still not showing, or if you are skinny already, you will have to increase the amount of calorie intake you have everyday and work your abs REALLY HARD. Muscle will only start growing when you calorie intake is higher than the one consumed.
