Great workout! Definitely doesn't seem like 8 minutes. I started out doing a little bit less then in the workout but after about two weeks (doing the workout 3 times a week) I'm doing everything like it shows in the video.

I've been using this video for the last two weeks or so as part of my workout routine after months of being lazy and slow and today has been the first time i've been able to do the whole video without stopping and also in time with the woman (who does things rather slowly so it's even more difficult) and though I feel proud of myself for something as small as this, my non-existent abs feel like they're on fire...

I do workouts everyday and never get bored of it. You should do it 4 times a week, but keep serching for other workouts too. If you'll keep doing this one your body will get used to it and you won't feel THE burn anymore. And if you'll have a clean diet ( no more fries or coke, or sweets everyday+ junk food) , those results will be there in 2 or 1 week, it all depends on you. That's how my body works , don't know if yours will too, but don't give up!!!

Hey you guys I am a Spin/Cycle Instructor but I have a boutique home studio which consists of 5 Wattbikes. I am always looking for GREAT instructors to send my members to so that they can get much more than just Cardio work. Found you just recently and feel your workout routines will hit the mark for many of my members. i'm 15 years old and around 45 pounds over weight i've been doing this for the past 1 month and lost half of that that means around 22 pounds i do this every night before bed and a different one in the morning my arms always hurt and my abs do to that means it actually works

+Louise Allan not really. when it comes to abs u can do about a 5-8 minute ab workouts once a day. anymore will over work your abs if you plan on training abs everyday.

I have the same problem.I don't think there's something you can do about it. I just try to tuck my belly in as much as possible during the whole excercise. Maybe you have a hyperlordosis in your lumbar spine ( I have that) or short hamstrings

I usually had problems with my hips and I was looking forward to a quick ab workout. Surprised to find my hips aching a lot less in regular day-to-day office chair sitting because of this.
