When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should look up Fenoboci Diet Plan on google since it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

My kitchen is about the same size.  Yah...it sucks but if you organize properly and get your kitchen "lean"(meaning to keep only utensils and gadgets that you use regularly), it works out okay.

Shelled seafood is not clean to eat. It would be BEST to pick fish that has fins AND scales. Those are the fish that are smart enough to get away from dirty waters into cleaner waters. It is also best to pick fish from cold-watered areas, like: Iceland and Alaska. :)

Answer to Christina,  The color does not matter as far as clean eating goes. To pick a better sweet potato would be to pick them a little more on the red side more, than the orange color. I hope this helps.

What do u offer for ppl with allergies. I have egg white, peanut and whey protein allergies. That are my worst.

Hey Alma - Sorry I didn't see your question until now.  Our Athlean-XX for Women meal plans are totally adaptable for people who have food allergies or even vegetarians.  There are three ways to follow the plan...either exactly as written, by picking and choosing just those meals you like/can eat, or we also provide extensive lists of healthy foods in the protein, healthy fats, starchy carbs and fibrous carbs categories, and we show you how to combine them so you get all the nutrition you need and to also shed pounds and/or build muscle.  Let me know if you have any other questions!

I would like to mention for Alma to use a pea protein. If you are able to consume almonds, try almond butter. I hope this is helpful, Alma! I am not sure about an egg replacement, just yet. Let me check with a biochemist friend I know.

Hi Jess...I came here by way of Brad Gouthro's LLTV... and I'm glad I did, but I have a question; what are your thoughts or pescetarian diet - more seafood as your source of protein for a lean lifestyle?

@Christina Dawn, a starchy veg is a starchy veg. there are more than 500 varieties of potatoes and they all look and taste a little different depending on where they are grown. Nutritionally speaking, they are all equivalent. Just make sure to read the meal plan thoroughly to know how to portion your starches the best way to get lean. My favorite quote from the plan "do not fear carbs, but do respect them" Hope that helps. -Jess
