I swear this site is geared more towards men than women. And btw, it has not been my experience that pec exercises "lift" the breast area. Do men's pecs look lifted with all of their pec work? No. One will see that their nipples are low and angled down on the pec muscle. Women's don't develop any differently with pec exercises. Now, keep in mind it takes A LOT of training to get that way. I'm just typing to let you know that you're not going to develop perky breasts from these exercises. Picture your cleavage how it is and imagine developing the chest muscle underneath it and how that will look. If you are also doing some conditioning work, imagine losing some fat tissue in your breast as well as that is likely. DO work your pecs 'cause they're an important muscle group. Just keep your expectations real. A LOT of women we see who engage in lots of weightlifting get breast implants. Why would they need to do that if pec exercises were such a nice breast lift? Exactly! (And yes, it's also because they lose the cleavage when their body fat gets low...but one will also note that their breasts do not look perkier when they're real.)

not likely since these exercises work the musles under the fatty breast tissue. unless these work outs are putting you in a caloric deficit ( you're expending more energy than you are consuming by eating).

+Tgal Jones I know my answer is about a year too late, but I have some tipps for you, if you´re interested :) Instead of wheights, you can use Water bottles. You can fill them with water or, to make them heavier, even sand. Instead of the machine she´s using in the first exercise, just take a gymnastic band or something like that. And instead of the machine in the last exercise, you can use a wheel-chair. Just adjust the back of the chair very low, so you can nearly lay down. Have fun and good luck :D

Is there suppose to be that much gap between your lower back and the bench on the incline bench press? I know its a natural arch but should you try to engage your core by closing the gap a little? Please let me know Thanks

Yes Awesome video!! its perfect for me to do today. I did the burpee workout yesterday which was amazing! I was able to do 7 of each (and 10 alternating side plank burpees).
